The challenge

With over 60 estates in some of the country's most sought after market towns and villages, Cognatum offers downsizers beautiful properties in great locations. But there is much more to living on a Cognatum estate than bricks and mortar; the services, facilities and communities create a unique and appealing lifestyle that their previous marketing was not communicating to prospective owners.

Our approach

A new website with a completely redesigned user journey is the core of Cognatum's refreshed marketing. But a new website is nothing without quality content: we developed a revitalised brand image; conducted a photo shoot using both models and actual home owners; and created new copy for the entire site.
